Whether it is getting legislation passed on the Hill, getting out your message, or attracting new customers to your business, Triad prides itself on being able to get you from Point A to Point B as quickly and easily as possible. And that is where Michael Manzo makes his impact at Triad Strategies. He is our GPS system when it comes to navigating the complex and often confusing networks of Harrisburg.
Our Vice President of Strategic Engagement, Michael comes to Triad after serving as Chief of Staff to the House Majority Leader in Pennsylvania, as well as stints as president of two successful consulting firms. During his tenure in Pennsylvania government, Mike held positions across the spectrum, from his start as a staff writer for the House Conservation Committee to Executive Director of the House Environmental Resources and Energy Committee; and from Press Secretary and Spokesman for the House Democrats to Chief of Staff. Running the Floor of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, Mike established long-lasting relationships with scores of legislators and senior staff members from both sides of the aisle.
Mike’s policy background includes having a hand in multiple state budgets, as well as work on direct policy initiatives like Governor Ed Rendell’s economic development initiatives, transportation funding, Growing Greener, alternative energy standards, a ban on mandatory overtime for nurses, raising the state’s minimum wage, the slots gaming law, and everything in between.
As a press professional, Mike was also instrumental in developing and executing effective messages for the House Democrats through both traditional and digital channels. Mike was also a consultant for the House Democratic Campaign Committee, helping guide the caucus to the majority in 2006. Along the way, he was named a Rising Star and Smartest Staffer by PoliticsPA.
If your organization needs a roadmap to success in Harrisburg or across the commonwealth, let us put Mike’s GPS system to work for you. He’ll help you find a roadmap, and then guide you to success.
