When the elevator doors open to the 5th floor, the first face you will see is that of LeShelle Smith, Triad Strategies’ stellar executive assistant.
LeShelle brings a breadth of experience in office administration to our firm. Most recently, she served as an administrative associate for the Mental Health Association of the Capital Region. She’s also worked with State Street Music Academy, the Public School Employee Retirement System, World Affairs Council of Harrisburg, and The Foundation for Enhancing Communities.
LeShelle received her B.A. in Corporate Communications from Elizabethtown College and plans to pursue a dual Master's degree in Divinity and Economic Development with a concentration in Urban Communities. She volunteers at local women's shelters, lending her communications skills to organizations in need of greater visibility and marketing efforts. LeShelle has also completed training to participate as part of Pinnacle Health's Spiritual Care Services as a chaplain.
She is a graduate of Leadership Harrisburg Area’s Community Leadership Series, formally establishing her as an impactful servant leader, which lends even more credibility to her current community involvement. She facilitates anti-poverty and self-sufficiency support groups, and is an active member of her church.
In her spare time she likes to blog, read books and go to the movies with her 13 year old son, Jalen.
